Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SmartSMM mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the application.

2. Service Description

SmartSMM is a mobile application for automating social media management using artificial intelligence. The service provides tools for content creation, publication scheduling and analytics.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use SmartSMM.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account data.
  • One person — one account (unless otherwise provided by your subscription plan).
  • Transferring your account to third parties is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

By using SmartSMM, you agree to:

  • Not publish illegal, harmful or offensive content.
  • Follow the terms of use of connected social networks.
  • Not use the app for spam or mass mailings.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to SmartSMM systems.
  • Not reproduce or distribute app content without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

  • The free plan is provided indefinitely with limited functionality.
  • Pro subscription is processed through the App Store and charged according to Apple's terms.
  • 7-day trial period available for new users.
  • Cancel subscription at any time through App Store settings.
  • Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the SmartSMM application, including source code, design, logos and trademarks, belong to SmartSMM. Users are granted a limited license to use the application for personal non-commercial purposes.

Content created by users in the app remains the user's property. You grant SmartSMM a limited license to process that content to provide services.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartSMM is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted and error-free service operation.
  • Specific results from using AI features.
  • Compatibility with all versions of social networks.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to block or delete an account for violations of these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms, notifying users 30 days in advance. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
